Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Due to the nature of fragrances, returns will not be accepted based on personal preference (e.g., “fragrance not liked”).

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.
